You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then, but no refund will be issued unless you're within the 30-day guarantee period.
If you have an issue with your subscription or billing, please contact us directly before disputing the charge with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
While we refund 100% of your subscription payment, we cannot refund payment processing fees charged by PayPal or other payment processors. These are typically 2-3% of the transaction amount.
