The PIP! provides weekly intelligence reports on funded construction and infrastructure projects before they become publicly tendered. We aggregate publicly available information from municipal council meetings, government records, and other public sources.

Subscription pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions, except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and does not apply to renewals or reactivations. See our Refunds Policy for details.

While the underlying public records are in the public domain, our aggregation, analysis, and presentation of that information is proprietary.
